I have been a Technology Volunteer with RNIB for over five years.

In October 2022, Jackie started work as my Volunteer Coordinator. She inherited the mess left after the long COVID period had made home visiting either not possible or undesirable.

Between us we worked our way through the required visits. Some had been waiting nearly three years.

Jackie is well known within the blind and low vision community. Both customers and business contacts have always had praise for her. In fact, I have never met anyone that said otherwise.

Jackie is consistent and reliable in everything she undertakes.
